Questions

Everything you may wish to know.

If your question is not answered here, we would be glad to help personally.

How do I book a journey?
Choose a journey, select your pickup point and number of passengers, add each passenger's details and confirm. Your booking is held with a £10 per person deposit, and the balance is due by the date shown on the journey page.
What deposit do you take?
A £10 deposit per passenger secures your seats. The remaining balance becomes payable in full on the balance due date shown on each journey — usually a few weeks before departure.
Where can I be picked up?
Each journey lists its available pickup points. Choose the one nearest you when booking; we save it to your account so it is pre-selected next time.
What is included in the price?
Every journey page sets out precisely what is and is not included. As standard this covers executive coach travel, your host for the day and any admissions listed. Meals and personal spending are usually excluded unless stated.
Can you accommodate accessibility requirements?
Yes. Tell us at the time of booking — there is a dedicated field — and we will confirm arrangements with you directly. Requirements saved to your account carry across to future bookings.
Can I bring dietary or medical information for each passenger?
Yes. Each named passenger can carry their own dietary and medical notes. These appear on the driver's manifest so your host is aware on the day.
How do I cancel?
You may request cancellation from your account at any time before departure. Deposits are non-refundable; balances paid are refundable in line with the terms shown at the time of booking.
Do I need an account?
No — you do not need an account to book. You can book as a guest in a few minutes, and we will give you a booking reference beginning AB–. To see your booking again, go to 'My booking' at the top of the site and enter your reference, the email address or telephone number you booked with, and your postcode. Your confirmation form, balance and payment options open straight away, and you can print or save it as a PDF. An account is optional, and it does add a few benefits: your details, passengers, emergency contact and pickup point are saved so you never type them twice; every past and future journey sits in one place with its invoices; balances and due dates are shown on one dashboard; and you can manage your marketing preferences at any time.
