Terms & Conditions
1. Booking
A booking is confirmed when payment has been successfully received and Ashton Belmont issues a booking confirmation and booking reference.
The lead passenger confirms that they are aged 18 or over and have the authority to make the booking on behalf of all passengers included in the booking.
By making a booking online or by telephone, the lead passenger confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
The lead passenger accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of every passenger included within the booking.
2. Deposits & Balances
Where available, a non-refundable deposit of £10 per passenger secures your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid by the balance due date displayed on the trip page or booking confirmation.
Where no balance due date is displayed, full payment must be received at least 14 days before departure.
Bookings with an outstanding balance after the due date may be cancelled and any deposit forfeited.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking prior to the full balance due date, any balance paid (excluding deposits) will normally be refunded.
Cancellations made after the full balance due date may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests are considered at Ashton Belmont's discretion unless otherwise required by law.
Name changes are permitted free of charge up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability.
4. Cancellations by Ashton Belmont
Ashton Belmont reserves the right to cancel or amend any excursion where necessary due to:
- Insufficient passenger numbers
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Vehicle breakdown
- Venue closure
- Safety concerns
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Where Ashton Belmont cancels a trip, customers will be offered either:
- A full refund; or
- An alternative excursion where available.
5. Travel
Passengers should arrive at the departure point at least 20 minutes before the advertised departure time.
Coaches depart promptly from the published departure point.
We cannot delay departure for late arrivals.
No refund will be given where a passenger misses departure.
Journey times and arrival times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, roadworks, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Itineraries may be amended where operationally necessary.
6. Accessibility & Medical Requirements
Please inform Ashton Belmont of any accessibility requirements, mobility needs or relevant medical conditions before booking wherever possible.
Whilst we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, this cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave in a respectful manner at all times.
Ashton Belmont reserves the right to refuse travel or remove any passenger whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, dangerous, intoxicated or likely to cause distress or inconvenience to others.
No refund will be given in these circumstances.
Smoking, vaping and the use of illegal substances are prohibited on board.
8. Personal Belongings
Passengers remain responsible for their own belongings throughout the journey.
Ashton Belmont cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property unless required by law.
9. Liability
We accept responsibility for our own acts and omissions and those of our suppliers acting within the scope of their duties.
We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
10. Privacy
Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
