Groups & Private Hire
Travelling as a group? Places are on us.
Ashton Belmont welcomes large parties. Group organisers receive free places, and full coaches can be chartered for a date and itinerary entirely of your choosing.
- Free places for organisers
- Bring a group and we will release free places as a thank you to the organiser — the number depends on the size of your party, and we will confirm it in writing before you collect a penny from your members.
- Full coaches welcome
- Our coaches seat up to 70 guests. Whether you fill every seat or take a block of ten, your party travels together with seats allocated as you wish.
- Private departures
- Choose your own date, pickup points and itinerary. Clubs, societies, workplaces, schools, churches and families all travel with us on privately chartered days out.
- Accessible travel
- Wheelchair-accessible coaches are available on request. Tell us what your party needs and we will arrange the right vehicle in advance.
- Simple payment
- A £10 per person deposit secures the coach, with the balance due before departure. Members can pay individually or the organiser can settle in one payment.
