What we collect

We collect the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, emergency contact, pickup preference, accessibility requirements and, for each named passenger, any dietary or medical notes you choose to share.

Why we hold it

We use this information to operate your booking, to prepare the driver's passenger manifest, to contact you about your journey, and to keep your account details saved so you need not enter them again. We send marketing only where you have opted in.

How it is protected

Accounts are protected by secure authentication and passwords are stored only as encrypted hashes — never in readable form. Your booking data is only accessible to you and to authorised Ashton Belmont staff.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with the coach operator and venues on the day of travel. We never sell personal information.

Your rights

You may view and correct your details at any time from your account, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion of your account. Where we are required to retain booking records for accounting purposes, we will tell you.
